The Sayidah Fatima Girls Education Centre at Garba is located in the Isiolo District, Kenya. The Garba Tulla area is very dry with limited rain fall throughout the year.
The orphanage was built to teach the orphans to appreciate the value of the education, which will improve their living style, security, secure employment, and build a brighter future for them.
Unfortunately, since the completion of complex, very little funding has been provided towards the ongoing support for the 200 orphan girls. Alhamdulillah, since MAA’s CEO, Sheikh Hassan Elsetohy, visited the orphanage in November 2012 to conduct an in-field assessment; MAA has pledged its support towards ensuring a brighter future for the 200 orphans.
