Kaffarah ($10 to Feed 1 Person)
The prescribed way of making amends for wrong actions is Kaffara. For example, if a person promises to do something, but later finds out that he is not in a position to keep that pledge, then he/she must pay a Kaffara. MAA arranges the distribution of Kaffara by feeding the poor on your behalf.
($10 to feed 1 person)
1. A fast broken deliberately requires a person to either fast 60 consecutive days or feed 60 people.
2. An oath which was made and broken requires a person to fast 3 consecutive days or feed 10 people
